In May 2005, we focused on bluefin tuna and started DORAYA with only 3 dishes “Minced Fatty Bluefin Tuna Bowl”, “Bluefin Tuna Steak Bowl” and “Burn Tuna Bowl”, which was still not well known in Hong Kong, we control the quality of Minced Fatty Bluefin Tuna and won the support of picky Hong Kongers. Now, “Tuna = DORAYA” has become the representative and DORAYA has become a Bluefin Tuna specialist in Hong Kong.
DORAYA continues to take on the challenge of creating menus that bring out the original taste of the ingredients and make you want to eat them every day. We hope everyone in Hong Kong enjoy our Japanese-style set meals.
